We specialize in smoked meats listed on our menu that offers sandwiches, dinners, a Rancher's Special served on butcher paper, prime rib sandwiches and dinners, appetizers, nachos, cowboy or cheese fries, baked or stuffed spuds, and many other sides and extras. Our dessert list includes homemade cobblers. Our meats are sold by the pound. We also offer small or large meat trays. If you are feeding a group, we have custom meal packages and sides by bulk orders. Friday and Saturday nights (weather permitting) we have grilled rib eye steaks and filets. Served from 4:30 to 7:30 PM. We are open Monday - Thursday from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Friday and Saturday hours are 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Closed Sundays and major holidays.
